365-day money-back guarantee

Every digital product we sell comes with a 365-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, write to us within that period and we will refund your purchase in full. Downloading or opening the files does not disqualify you from the guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email used at checkout, the product name and your order or receipt number so we can find your purchase. The reason is optional. Never send card numbers or payment credentials by email. We acknowledge your request and reply within 1 to 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Eligible purchases are refunded to the original payment method through our payment processor. The time for funds to appear depends on the processor and your bank.

Not financial advice

Our spreadsheets are organizational tools. They do not provide financial, tax or investment advice.
